what we doleadership

Founder
Majorine Nansubuga is the founder behind Maanyi Foundation. An accountant, educator, and social entrepreneur, she brings practical finance experience and a teacher's heart to the work of opening doors for vulnerable communities.
Her mission is direct: help others access the opportunities, skills, and support that can turn resilience into a stable future.
We walk alongside rural communities through practical training, supportive relationships, and sustainable tools that turn hard work into lasting livelihoods.

Skills turn learning into confidence and livelihood.
Practical training
Women and youth build hands-on skills, financial confidence, leadership habits, and the courage to use what they learn.
